This modern creative Kokeshi doll is called ‘Uraraka (Okappa)‘ and it was created by an award-winning artist ‘Chie‘.  
 
This doll has a lovely smile with the hair style called ‘Okappa’.  Her kimono has been painted with Sakura (cherry blossoms) and the colour gradation is so beautiful.
